Refund and Return Policy

At Veromods, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a transparent purchasing experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All protective films, tags, and original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending any item back.

Please include your order number and reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
We aim to respond to all return requests promptly and within 24 hours.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Veromods is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.
If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including applicable shipping costs. Normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not considered a defect.
Non-returnable items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Custom-made or personalized watches
• Watches produced based on special requests outside our standard offerings
• Watches with custom logos or modifications
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, subject to approval, and place a new order. All exchanges depend on product availability.
Returns not related to manufacturing defects
If a return is not due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or error by Veromods:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging
• Accessories must also be unused and returned in original packaging
European Union right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union or EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Delivery confirmation and missing packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Carrier tracking information, delivery confirmation, and delivery scans are considered final and valid proof of delivery.
If an order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for:
• Verifying the delivery address provided at checkout
• Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management
• Contacting the carrier directly to obtain delivery details
Veromods does not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims of non-receipt will not be accepted when tracking confirms delivery.
If the carrier officially confirms a delivery error or loss, Veromods will cooperate with the investigation and act strictly in accordance with the carrier’s final determination.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Items returned without approval
• Items failing inspection
• Items reported missing after confirmed delivery

Return processing
Return requests are reviewed within 10 business days. You will be notified of the decision by email.
