Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here and as a client.We have tried to answer the most common questions.

A mod is short for modification. It refers to changes made to a standard watch to improve its appearance or functionality.
This can include replacing the dial, hands, bezel, crown, case or bracelet.
The goal is to create a unique watch that stands apart from factory models and reflects personal style.
We use genuine Seiko movements combined with high quality aftermarket components to ensure reliability and individuality. -
When you place an order, we begin the process at once. We request the parts needed for your design from trusted suppliers. This takes 2 to 3 weeks because each component must meet strict quality standards.
When the parts arrive, your watch is assembled by an experienced watchmaker. The build is completed with careful checks of alignment, movement performance and finish. Assembly is normally done the same day the parts are received.
When the build is complete, the watch is packed securely and shipped without delay. We cover the shipping cost on every order. -
All watches are delivered with a full length bracelet. You can adjust the size yourself using a link removal tool or a small screwdriver. Many video guides are available online.
We have also made a short video guide to help you get started.
If you prefer, any watchmaker can adjust the bracelet for you.

Yes. All watches include a 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement and components.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water entry or normal wear. Please check each product’s specifications for water resistance. -
Water resistance varies by model. Always check the specifications for the specific watch.
Text on the dial is for design purposes only and does not indicate actual water resistance.
We recommend avoiding showering or swimming with the watch unless otherwise stated.

Yes. We offer custom modifications. Contact us with your request and our team will help you design a watch that fits your style. -
We accept credit cards, Vipps, Klarna, and PayPal. All payments are processed safely and encrypted. -
Regular maintenance is recommended. This includes cleaning, checking gaskets for water resistance, and servicing the movement every 3 to 5 years.

Given the thousands of possible combinations, we can't display them all on our website. Please contact us via mail or Instagram with the model you're interested in, and we will assemble it as a custom order exclusively for you.

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as you place your order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us via email to check if there was an issue with your order.
Before reaching out, please check your spam or junk folder, as the confirmation may have been redirected there.

There is a short period between placing your order and beginning its processing. If you contact us via email immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.
Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you contact us after this period, your order will already be in processing or shipping, but you still have the option to return it once it is delivered.

You can return the item within 30 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there are any issues with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package.
Please note that this policy does not apply to customised watches.
If you request a return, we will provide you with the most suitable return address. If you have any questions about size or other specifications, please feel free to email us.
